This all depends on the individual based on two criteria: Level of care assessment and room style that is chosen.

Do you require a lease?

We required that all residents sign a contract upon admission. If family decides to move, we require a 30-day notice prior to discharge. Furthermore, we offer respite for short-terms stays (2-week minimum).

Do You Allow Pets?

No pets are allowed to live in our facility. However, families are welcomed to bring their pets while they visit.

How many staff members do you have and do you screen them?

We have around 65 staff members & our screening process requires pre-screening phone interviews, followed by in-person interviews with department heads, and background checks through the State of Michigan.

What happens if I need assistance in the middle of the night?

Robbinswood’s Wellness team is on 24/7 that is consistently monitoring our call-light system if a resident were to ring for assistance, and rounding the hallways to monitor all residents and their care needs.
